7-day easy returns.
If the product isn’t right, you have 7 days from the day you receive it to request a return or exchange.
What qualifies
- Wrong item delivered.
- Manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
- Product doesn’t match the photos / description.
- Size or model doesn’t fit your phone.
What doesn’t qualify
- The product is used, scratched, or otherwise no longer in resaleable condition.
- Original packaging is missing or destroyed.
- Return requested after the 7-day window.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp or Facebook with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll confirm whether it qualifies (usually within a few hours).
- You ship the item back to our hub using any courier; we refund the courier charge along with the order.
- Once we receive it, we send the exchange (or refund your COD-paid amount via bKash) within 2 working days.
Refund method
Cash refunds go out via bKash within 2 working days of us receiving the returned item.
