7-day easy returns.

If the product isn’t right, you have 7 days from the day you receive it to request a return or exchange.

What qualifies

• Wrong item delivered.
• Manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
• Product doesn’t match the photos / description.
• Size or model doesn’t fit your phone.

What doesn’t qualify

• The product is used, scratched, or otherwise no longer in resaleable condition.
• Original packaging is missing or destroyed.
• Return requested after the 7-day window.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or Facebook with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We’ll confirm whether it qualifies (usually within a few hours).
3. You ship the item back to our hub using any courier; we refund the courier charge along with the order.
4. Once we receive it, we send the exchange (or refund your COD-paid amount via bKash) within 2 working days.

Refund method

Cash refunds go out via bKash within 2 working days of us receiving the returned item.
