How long does delivery take?

5–7 working days from the order date, both inside and outside Dhaka. Everything is imported, so we ship as soon as the parcel clears our hub.

Do you do cash on delivery?

Yes. COD is the only payment method right now. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Inside Dhaka Tk 80, outside Dhaka Tk 120.

Are the products original?

Yes. We source from established overseas suppliers and inspect every piece before dispatch. We don’t carry knock-offs.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until the parcel leaves our hub. Once it’s out for delivery and you refuse it, repeated abuse may get your number flagged for future orders.

What if my phone model isn’t listed?

Message us on WhatsApp with your model name — we likely have it but haven’t listed it yet. We can also pre-order it for you.

Can I return a product?

Yes — 7-day return window from delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the details.

Do you do wholesale?

Yes, for 10+ pieces of the same item. Message us with the SKUs and quantities and we’ll send a quote.
